Your original video on your device stays unchanged. We currently retain uploaded videos and processed results and do not proactively delete them after processing or when you leave the page. See the privacy policy for how files are stored and how to contact us about your data.

The local preview shows your original file, so you can check it before uploading. It is not an AI-processed result. Start a processing task to generate the background-removed version; that task uses credits.

Yes, the Vezur AI workspace allows you to either output a transparent video background or directly replace the original setting with a new image. You can upload a custom PNG, JPEG, or WebP image (up to 10 MB) to serve as the new backdrop. The AI video background remover will composite your isolated subject over the uploaded image, and there is no extra credit charge for adding the picture.

Multiply the displayed credits-per-second rate by the video duration rounded up to whole seconds, with a 3-second minimum per video. The total is rounded up to whole credits. For example, 1.2 seconds is billed as 3 seconds and 10.1 seconds as 11 seconds. Uploading does not deduct processing credits; submitting a task does. Each file is billed separately, and the workspace shows the estimate before processing.

A subscription or credit pack includes full-result access and the benefits listed on the pricing page. The workspace shows the preview and download options available to your account.

Monthly subscriptions start with Starter at USD 19.00 per month, billed monthly, with 600 credits per monthly payment. Subscriptions provide credits at each billing cycle. Credit packs are one-time purchases with credits that do not expire.
