Privacy Policy

What information we collect, why we need it, and how to contact us about your privacy.

Last updated:

1. Scope and contact

This policy explains how Vezur AI handles information when you browse the website, create an account, upload files, use video processing tools, or buy a plan. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@vezurai.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details: Your email address, name, profile image, and sign-in information. If you use an external sign-in provider, we receive the profile information needed for that sign-in.
  • Files and processing details: Videos, images, audio contained in your files, file names, duration, instructions, settings, processed results, and task history.
  • Purchase records: Your plan, orders, transaction references, payment status, currency, and billing contact details. The payment provider handles payment card details; we do not directly store your full card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, errors, and security events.
  • Visit sources: The page where you arrived, the referring website, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers included in a link. These records may be linked to your account when you register.
  • Support messages: The messages and attachments you send us, and information needed to investigate your request.

3. When a file leaves your device

A preview expressly described as local plays on your device. Uploading in a processing workspace sends the file to our servers or storage providers. In some workspaces, selecting a file starts that upload before you submit a processing task. File checks, such as measuring duration, may also involve a media provider.

To complete a task, we send the necessary files, file links, settings, and instructions to a processing provider. Upload only material you are entitled to share for this purpose, including any personal information about other people.

We store uploaded videos to provide the service you request, make your files and results available, and resolve related support issues. We keep this content confidential: we do not use it for model training, advertising, resale, or other unrelated purposes. Access is limited to the staff and service providers who need it for these tasks, or disclosures required by law. Retention and deletion are explained below.

4. Why we use information

We use information to sign you in, process files, show task history, deliver results, manage credits and payments, and answer support requests. We also use technical and visit-source information to understand how people reach the site, investigate faults, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the purposes above may rely on performing our agreement with you, meeting legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as protecting the service and resolving faults, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for a use, that use must rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. Who receives information

Providers involved in hosting, storage, file delivery, media processing, authentication, payments, support, and enabled analytics may receive the information needed for their role. The providers involved depend on the feature you use and the service configuration. Their own privacy notices may also apply to activities for which they act independently.

We may disclose information to meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or carry out a business transfer such as a merger or sale. We do not sell your personal information or publish your uploads as a public gallery. Treat download and sharing links as private: someone who obtains a working link may be able to access the file.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies or browser storage for sign-in, language preferences, and site settings. We also use an acquisition_visitor cookie, with a configured lifetime of 90 days, to associate visits with their source. Source information copied into an account record can remain after the cookie expires. Cookie expiry is not the same as deletion of server records.

You can block or remove cookies through your browser. Blocking sign-in cookies can prevent account features from working. Browser controls do not erase information already stored on our servers; contact us to request deletion. Where optional analytics are enabled, they may use additional cookies or similar technologies.

7. How long information is kept

We retain account information while needed to provide your account, and files and task records while needed for processing, delivery, support, and related service operations. Billing and security records may need to be kept longer for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or disputes. A file link expiring does not necessarily mean the underlying file has been deleted.

You can request deletion by email. We will delete or de-identify information we no longer need, subject to lawful retention requirements. Copies may remain in backups until they are overwritten or removed. Keep your own originals and download any results you want to retain.

8. International processing and security

Our providers may process information outside your country. Where transfer safeguards are required, the transfer must meet those requirements. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

We use administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading confidential or sensitive material unless you are authorized to have it processed in this way.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of your data. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can have conditions and exceptions.

Email support@vezurai.com, preferably from your account address, and explain your request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Do not send identity documents unless we have explained why they are necessary and how to provide them.

10. Age limit and policy updates

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided personal information through the service.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where notice or consent is legally required, a policy update alone does not replace it.
