Terms of Service

1. Using the service

These terms apply to the Vezur AI website, video processing tools, accounts, downloads, and paid features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Contact support@vezurai.com if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

2. What the tools do

Our tools help you enhance and upscale video, remove watermarks, or change backgrounds, depending on the features available in your workspace. File limits, processing options, credit costs, and plan restrictions are shown in the relevant tool or at checkout. A demonstration or local preview is not a processed result.

AI processing can change details, introduce artifacts, or produce an unexpected result. We cannot promise to recover missing detail or deliver a particular result for every clip. Review faces, text, edges, and other important details before publishing. Keep a copy of your original footage; the service is not a permanent archive.

3. Your files and your rights

You retain your existing rights in the files and instructions you submit. You give us permission to store, copy, transmit, and process them as needed to provide the service you request, keep it secure, and resolve support issues. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Upload only material you have the right to use. Obtain the permissions needed for any people, voices, music, logos, or other protected material in your footage. Removing a watermark does not give you rights in the underlying video. Do not remove ownership notices or watermarks without authorization.

You may use processed files subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any restrictions disclosed for the tool or plan. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, copyrightable, or cleared for every commercial use. Our own software, branding, and website content remain protected by their respective owners’ rights.

4. Credits, payments, and renewal

Credits measure usage. The amount required depends on the tool and selected settings. Check the displayed cost before submitting a task. Purchased credits are not money, cannot be transferred or resold, and expire according to the terms shown when you buy them.

The price, currency, billing period, and included benefits are shown at checkout. A recurring subscription renews until cancelled. You can cancel through the available billing controls or by emailing support. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while leaving the paid period available; it does not automatically refund that period.

Our Refund Policy explains cash refunds and the handling of failed tasks. Payment details are handled by the provider shown at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may affect access to paid features.

5. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to:

• Infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights, or break the law.
• Create non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, threats, or material promoting terrorism or hateful violence.
• Commit fraud, impersonate someone deceptively, harass others, or expose private information.
• Distribute malware or interfere with the service or other users.
• Bypass payment, credit limits, access controls, or security measures, or use unauthorized automated access.
• Falsely imply that we or another person or brand endorse your content.

We may refuse processing or restrict access when we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

6. Privacy and outside providers

Our Privacy Policy explains how uploads, account information, and usage data are handled. Hosting, storage, payment, sign-in, and media processing may involve outside providers. Their availability can affect the service; available models, tools, and processing times may change.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service, but outages, maintenance, and processing errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities to the extent the law allows such limitations.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a service that does not meet legal requirements.

8. Changes and closing your account

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with a new date. Where the law requires notice or agreement to a change, we will follow that requirement. Changes do not remove rights you already have in relation to a purchase.

You can stop using the service at any time and contact support to request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, or other breaches of these terms. Relevant provisions on content rights, payments, and liability continue to apply after access ends.
